Filling out the application form: Incomplete applications are not accepted. If you have already submitted an application for another activity with this system, you will need to supply your chosen login details, and the system will use your previous application submitted as the starting point for this new one. Also, you can update your information if applicable.
Approved candidates: If you are accepted you will receive notification on the email address you provided on the online application form. Whether you accept or not you MUST reply the notification before the given deadline, otherwise the opportunity will be passed to someone else.
Cancellation Policy: After you have been approved and formally agreed to participate in the activity, you MUST notify the responsible secretary if you think you will not be able to attend the event. Remember that the number of participants is limited and other students would be glad to attend the event. For this reason, cancellation with no previous notification may imply that you will not be able to apply for any future activity.
